At DMC Healthcare we need to ensure that we have the right capacity to safely manage the demand and care for our patients. Service Manager is a busy role as you will manage the service and work with internal colleagues to ensure clinical and administrative planning for our business meets contractual requirements. We currently have over 400 team members in multiple sites UK wide.

The Service Manager position is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious and skilled person to join our expanding and exciting business. You will be responsible and accountable for day to day management of the dermatology contracts, contracts profitability & growth and will manage all resources efficiently, in a cost-effective way, maintaining high quality patient care. You will drive business planning activities in contracts ensuring relevant and challenging priority setting as ongoing performance tracking.

You will be working from home but will spend time at clinical site locations, meetings with CCG partners as well as time at our South London Head Office, some of these digitally.

You would conduct & facilitate business planning, service modernisation & transformation projects across Dermatology in relation to planning & implementing new ways of working and introduction of new technologies to meet current and future service demands, achieving organisational and regulatory quality and service standards.

You will support the implementation of new services, as dictated by contract wins and growth of existing contracts. Any contract issues which during the operation of these contracts (business as usual) will be resolved by you, working with colleagues, feedback locally and recorded and escalated as appropriate.

Our Head Office is in South London (SE15) and may require the role to attend as required, majority of the time will be based at home.
