Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job summary

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of all clinical and non-clinical roles across DMC services. This position reports into the HR Manager and will work closely with all members of the Senior Management Team.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant is responsible for driving targeted recruitment campaigns to attract Clinical Staff such as GP’s, Consultant Dermatologists/Endoscopists, Radiologists, Nurse’s, HCA’s, Administration and many more roles across our services.

Main duties of the job

  • Identify, source, recruit and interview active and passive candidates
  • Manage and maintain a healthy talent pipeline to support company growth
  • Manage the candidate selection process through offer acceptance
  • Serve as point of contact throughout selection process
  • Communicate and further develop the DMC brand while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Consistently evaluate recruiting practices and processes and enhance when needed
  • Communicating with internal colleagues regularly with updates on candidates coming through your pipeline
  • Work with Marketing and HR teams to develop recruitment strategy including job posting optimisation, job board utilisation, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
  • Provide critical geographical and industry market research and analysis to help guide hiring strategy
