Main duties of the job
We are seeking a recruitment leader who is passionate about
continuous improvement and will conduct themselves in a professional, confident
manner, possess an enthusiastic can-do attitude and communicate effectively.
This role will be responsible for ensuring our service is
delivered to a high standard by ensuring compliance and adherence to standard
operating procedures, NHS employment regulations, legal requirements and KPIs
as well as identifying any areas for improvement.
You will need to have experience of working within a
recruitment environment providing an end to end recruitment service and have
experience of supervising; you also will possess knowledge of using an in-house
Experience with NHS Recruitment would be advantageous but
