Main duties of the job

We are seeking a recruitment administrator who is passionate
about continuous improvement and will conduct themselves in a professional,
confident manner, possess an enthusiastic can-do attitude and communicate

This role will be responsible for ensuring our service is
delivered to a high standard by ensuring compliance and adherence to standard
operating procedures, NHS employment regulations, legal requirements and KPIs
as well as identifying any areas for improvement.

You will need to have experience of working within a
recruitment environment providing an end to end recruitment service and have
experience of supervising; you also will possess knowledge of using an in-house
HR system.

Experience with NHS Recruitment would be advantageous but
not essential.

Person Specification



  • Knowledge of MS word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access or

  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment
    ensuring attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience of data entry

  • Previous Medical Human Resources and recruitment experience


  • Knowledge and understanding of the terms and conditions of
    Hospital, Medical and Dental Staff

  • NHS terms and conditions


  • Degree in relevant Subject OR Degree equivalent level of
