As a Business Administration Assistant, you’ll need strong interpersonal skills, a keen sense of time management, and must be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities will include office organisation, general administration and event planning.
You will also be required to professionally liaise with employees across the business, clients, patients and other agencies as per service needs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experinace with a simular role and will:
- Be extremely well organised and pro-active.
- Offer excellent administration skills and be I.T. literate.
- Come with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Be able to follow company proceedures and prosesses.
