HR Onboarding & Compliance Support

DMC Healthcare continue to see steady growth in the services we provide and we are looking for a HR Onboarding & Compliance Support to join our busy team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR personal to support the Onboarding & Compliance. You would also play a vital role in the design and delivery of HRMS software & people management strategies that support the Company’s objectives.

We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge and experience in Human Resource Management and its principles.

It is a full time permeant role, working 5 days/37.5 hours a week.

The role is Home based; occasional HO/site in Southeast London (SE15 4PU) visit as requested (very rare).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support on the management of the HRMS software
  • Ensuring a seamless onboarding process by communicating with recruitment team and line managers
  • Regular monitoring and auditing of HR records and documentation
  • HR mailbox management
  • A good understanding of HR/recruitment practices and employment legislation and applying these in a business context
  • Developing positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the organisation
  • Write clear and concise documents such as job descriptions, adverts, contracts, briefing and supporting with the drafting of investigation reports and general correspondence are prepared in clear, concise and plain English
  • Strong analytical skills and be able to understand and present data to key stakeholders
  • Support on the management of the HRMS software
  • Be IT literate with ability to quickly learn and work with new software
  • Proficient with MS Packages – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work both independently & within a team and prioritise workloads

As part of our employment process, you will be required to complete the appropriate level DBS check.
